What are points, and what uses them?

Points are consumed by AI work — analysing a resume, generating a session plan, running a coaching session, producing feedback. A subscription includes a monthly allocation, and you can top up separately if you run out mid-month. Your balance and recent usage are on the Points screen.

What is the difference between rehearse, sharpen and explore?

They are three ways of practising the same skill out loud. Rehearse puts you under something closer to real pressure, for when you will have to perform. Sharpen takes an answer you already have and makes it tighter. Explore is for a topic you are still forming an opinion on, where the point is to think rather than to perform.

Why is my skill rated lower than I expected?

Ratings come from the evidence you have given Vionter, not from a self-assessment — so a skill you use daily can read low simply because nothing in your resume demonstrates it. Add the missing detail and rerun the analysis, or edit the rating directly; your edit becomes the new ground truth for that skill.

Does Vionter chase me to practise?

No. What you learn turns into cards and reviews that are there when you come back to them. Nothing is pushed at you.
