Support
Something not working, or not behaving the way you expected? Email [email protected] and a human will read it.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, tell us the email address on your account, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific practice session or skill, naming it helps us find the right record quickly.
You can also report a problem from inside the app — open the menu and choose Feedback. That route attaches the context automatically, including a screenshot if you add one, so it is usually faster than email for anything visual.
Subscriptions and points
Vionter has two separate things you can buy, and they are managed in different places.
- Subscriptions bought on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple. Change or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you — Apple does not give developers that ability.
- Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe. Manage them from Billing inside the app.
- Points are consumed by AI sessions and can be topped up from the Billing screen. Top-ups are one-time purchases, not a recurring charge.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device and your subscription is not showing, open Billing and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple for the purchases already tied to your Apple ID and reattaches them to your account.
If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to Vionter with the same account you originally subscribed with. A purchase belongs to the Vionter account that made it, not to the device.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile. Deletion is scheduled rather than instant, so there is a window in which you can change your mind — the app tells you how long you have.
Deleting your Vionter account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your device's Subscriptions settings, or it will keep renewing.
For data access, correction or export requests, email [email protected]. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
When the AI gets something wrong
It sometimes will, and that is worth understanding rather than working around. How Vionter's AI works explains why models produce confident-sounding answers from thin evidence, and what to do about it — ratings, plan steps and knowledge cards are all editable, and your edit becomes the new ground truth.
